Hi! I'm a MacOs user As the topic says, the APP dropbox not working anymore when I travelling to China even with a working VPN, can anyone help me with this? The VPN working for google, YouTube and Gmail and everything that are restricted in China, but the dropbox app are just not working!!! I tryied to restarting the laptop and download newer version of dropbox but it still not working, I can't delete the dropbox because I got 700G that are super important for my work and I need it through the app not the web because many of my other app are connected to Dropbox app, so if I delete dropbox it will crush with the previous files from those app and my project folder will be broken!! WELL it's already crush for some app because can't access to the dropbox folder. I know it's a internet issue but can anyone help me to fix it plzzzz??? Bro's begginggggg!!!
Cannot open my account on the dropbox app of my android
It gives me error all the time when I try to open my account on my android with my correct email and password. I´ve tried by sending a code to my email, etc., but it doesn´t work and it tells me to contact the support center but the automatic replies have not helped either
How to get my files from my old computer to my new one?
I got a new computer. I downloaded dropbox. But it's as if it's a new account. Not asking me to sign in so it can sync all my info. I thought this was the email I used on the other computer but apparently not. If I log out and go to log in, it uses the new info. Not sure how to get all my info from the old computer to this one.
Linked accounts when using the desktop app. Is it possible?
I am a consultant working with multiple businesses. I recently added a new customer, and they added me to their Dropbox. When I set it up, Dropbox linked my previous account onto my new account, meaning I can see the previous account's files when I log into the new account, but I cannot see the new account's files from the previous account's login. But what I need is to add the new account onto the previous login so I can access both accounts from my desktop app. Please help!

I have a need to identify the Dropbox instance. Is there a unique way to identify that, something similar to org id in salesforce. company has a dropbox instance and it also has different subsidaries which have their own dropbox instance. Need to be able to identify 1 dropbox instance from the other. what field should I use to distinguish the same?
There's no login option on the Dropbox app for iPhone (just the option to create an account).
I have had a Dropbox account for years, and I recently downloaded the Dropbox app on my iphone 15, which I got to replace a previous iphone that I damaged beyond the ability to use. I am logged into Dropbox on my Mac and in my browser. When I went to log into the Dropbox app on my new phone, I was presented with an interface to create a new account, but not to log in. I went ahead and entered my email and password for my existing account in that interface, thinking it would provide me with a login interface once it recognized that an account with those credentials already exists. But it doesn't. So I can't find any way to use this app. What is the solution?

hello dropbow windows version is installed on my computer.I have two dropbox accounts.I logged in with one of them when it was installed.But I can't log in to my other account.Because there is no option to change account in the icon next to the clock, there is only quit.If I log out and start the application again, it automatically logs into the first account again.But this is very bad.

I have received a new work laptop with Win 11 installed. After installing DropBox on it, I tried to log in, so far quite a few times, but every time, I get a red message that says sorry your code may have expired, even though I enter the code immediately, so the problem is definitely not expiration. Could someone please help me fix this? Thank you
