I have 4 icence in my Basic plan. I recently created teh 4th licence and was charged for it. Without any prior warning by Dropbox. As soon as I realised I was charged, I deleted the 4th licence. Hi, hopefuly someone here can help as so far I have had a 30 email chain with support and no closer to solving the issue. We had a business account and needed to reduce the amount of team members....we did this but it downgraded us to only 1 team member and a basic account. For over a month now i have been trying to UPGRADE and PAY for a business account but the payment page just refreshes and doent do anything....it just shows the summary of the buy but it doesnt charge us or let us upgrade. I have tried on diff browsers, computers, different methods of payment and even in different countries and no use the payment link doesnt work. Nor does all the new links that DB send us for payment. Hi, I've been billed for a premium account for over a year. I have looked multiple times and I cannot find a way to contact the company to get help with this issue. I cannot find which account it's associated with and I would like to stop getting billed. I would also like a refund for something that I've been billed that I haven't been using. Hello, I paid for my subscription last month and yesterday I received an email that says I have been downgraded as my payment is not showing!! I contacted Apple as I paid with them but I can’t contact anybody in Dropbox! I have been downgraded so now I don’t have any of the contact us option available. Can somebody please offer support? Has this happened to anyone? Since my account is set as an basic account i cant reach anyone to tell them about this problem. I have scrennshots of messages confirming my updates, aswell as scrennshots from my bank showing the transfer of money. Is there any way for me to reach them via email og chat? The UK left the EU to all intents and purposes on 1 January 2021. Businesses providing digital services to Britain from outside Britain are obliged to register for British VAT from that date and their invoices should show a British VAT number: "If you’re selling digital services from the EU to the UK you will need to register and account for VAT." from paragraph 2.5 on https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/accounting-for-vat-on-goods-moving-between-great-britain-and-northern-ireland-from-1-january-2021/accounting-for-vat-on-services-between-the-uk-and-eu-member-states-from-1-january-2021 A search shows that Irish VAT is not applicable to supplies such as these outside the EU, because the place of supply is considered to be where the service is used (not supplied). British VAT is probably applicable, in which cases a British VAT number should be quoted on Dropbox invoices. Dropbox should supply a VAT invoice with a British VAT number on it. The Irish VAT invoice is incorrect. This would mean that the VAT is payable to the British government (and reclaimable if the customer is VAT registered in Britain). Last year we had a teams account for a specific project which has now completed. My email was the admin account. After canceling the renewal since the account was no longer needed, my credit card is still listed as a payment method under my free/basic account with no option to remove it. I want my CC info completely removed from the system, but because it is a free account I have no access to dropbox chat/email/support/etc. Any idea how to get it off of there?
