I have a problem to delete my account, when I try to delete it's show only 2 buttons which is "keep my account" and "Manage subscriptions" So, when I click on "Manage subscriptions" button, It'll redirect me to the Subscriptions Page and there's noCancel trialbutton were found. I have read the similar items to mine and do not know how to receive assistance. My wife had a small business and used the Dropbox services for several years. She retired earlier this year and we submitted a request to Dropbox to delete the account. I received a confirmation on May 28, 2024 at 11:59 AM stating the following: "This email is a confirmation that you've deleted your Dropbox account." I am still being charged $54.00 per month. I am unable to log into the original account because the account was deleted, as I had requested. I attempted to write an email to SALES to see if they would assist me, but all I received back was the procedure to log into the account and work from there. Again, it is hard to log into an account if the account has been deleted. The most recent billing statement from Dropbox is listed as: [Removed as per Community Guidelines]. As a last ditch effort, I even tried to send a response to "Feedback@dropbox.com" which was listed in my cancellation confirmation letter but the response came back telling me this is not a monitored address. I started a free trial for Dropbox business, and realized I had started the wrong account. I have tried to delete it so that I am not charged the large fee, but am unsure if I have been successful. I cannot find any support contact information to ensure I canceled correctly, and my PayPal account is still linked to my account. It will not allow me to delete my PayPal account. On my profile it states that I only have a basic plan, but I continue to receive emails regarding the business account, and want to ensure, before I am charged that my business account was successfully deactivated. I have a plus account, only one email not a team. For some reason this week it signed me out and suddenly when I log back in, it says I have a basic account and all of my files are gone. I have tried placing a help ticket in everywhere I can. Since it says it is a free account (which my plus is paid for) it will not let me access live chat help. I NEED to get into my files, my entire work life relies on dropbox. Hi, This is Thenmozhi Murthi. I have been experiencing a lot issues with both subscribed and unsubscribed versions of dropbox account. For the past 2 years, I had subscribed version of dropbox and experienced the following issues - multiple accounts were created with all my email accounts (2 icloud, 3 gmail) - files uploaded from my ipad or iphone is saving a copy in the device and bloating the device storage space - upload speed is 1/10th (with wired ethernet) of the actual internet speed - Had reported the storage and bandwidth issue to Dropbox support. Shared many screenshots and videos. But no fruitful response. It was total waste of time. - deleting a dropbox account is a nightmare (esp. with icloud email). Tried to delete my dropbox account before deleting one of my icloud account. But ran into error. Finally, i deleted icloud account which was in trouble. - I gave up on the subscription and no longer have a subscribed version of dropbox. For my privacy reasons, I would like to delete my free version of dropbox but again running into error when i tried to delete my account. I've been successfully using Dropbox for years now with a monthly billing plan. Lately I saw some offers, that paying yearly is obviously a bit cheaper and wanted to change that. It was a nightmare and I couldnt figure it out. When I got to the page where it was explained, it said since I purchased it over Google Play, I should go there for that. There I couldnt find anything either and the Support at Google also said I should try again in Dropbox. Then I thought I found it and "changed" it but accidentally made a whole NEW account with "@googlemail.com" instead of my usual "@gmail.com" address. Which is bad enough that that is even possible... I obviously cancelled it right away, but it now states that the new account will be cancelled in January 2026. I don‘t want to cancel my old account and migrate everything, since I have some folders shared etc and I JUST WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP ME! It's honestly been a terrible user experience and I feel like I can't do ANYTHING. The support center is really bad and there is not even a mail support I can contact (Even though I use Dropbox Plus and there should be, but it's nowhere to be found...)
