Hi there, I have 2 dropbox accounts, currently signed into one of them. I am unable to sign into my other dropbox account as the email address is from a workplace I am no longer at, I no longer have access to it. I have forgotten the password to the account and can't reset it because I don't have access to the email. I need to cancel the premium Dropbox subscription on the account and delete the account. How can I do this without having access to the email address? I'm not "daskip". I might've had a dropbox account with one of my email addresses. Recently I got emails in French saying that a user named "daskip" registered an account with dropbox using my email address. It's difficult to understand. I could reset the password using my email address. I had my own Dropbox professional account. I was then added to another law firm's Dropbox account - a Standard account. I received my refund from Dropbox since I paid for the Standard account annually. I do work for this other law firm from time to time and need regular access to it. I now need to add an employee to my own law firm who does not need access to this other law firm's Dropbox but does need access to my firm's files. However, I am now in the other firm's Standard plan. How do I make it so I can add a new user that only has access to my firm's files and not this other firm while also making sure I have access to both the other firm's files and my own? My company's business account is almost 5 years old and was created by a member of our team whose email account was deleted shortly after our dropbox was created. We have no admin access and have been able to somehow update our credit card information in the past but now are not able to. It was been impossible to actually talk to anyone at Dropbox. I keep getting the run around and I'm not sure what to do, everyone email and live chat I get automated messages or told someone will call me (who never does). Has anyone else had this problem and how were you able to resolve it? At this point I'm thinking about just migrating everything over to google drive but we have so many files on our DB i'm not even sure if I would be able to.
