Add support to deploy Dropbox via MDM
Small and large companies use MDM's, like Microsoft Intune, to manage their devices. As Dropbox has a focus on companies, it's one of the only apps that 1: doesn't offer an app to install via MDM for Mac and Windows, 2: doesn't support script for auto account login via MDM. Dropbox does support EMM, but that doesn't to the trick for most companies. Get an option to prioritize syncing for folders on the desktop app.
Dropbox currently has an option to prioritize which files to sync first. I'd like to extend that to provide the same functionality for selected folders. This will be particularly helpful in migrating to new equipment but also when changing a large amount of content. Can do?

When you use Dropbox desktop app on Windows and enable the option; "Save screenshots to Dropbox" a thumbnail of a screenshot appears at the corner of the screen when a screenshot is taken. This popup needs to be manually closed if you want to take another screenshot. Hello, Can you please add an option to pause Dropbox for 5 minutes? 15 is sometimes too much, and wouldn't hurt to add another option. Also, I would classify the option in an inverted order than the actual, so the option "indefinitely" would stay as far as the box icon as possible, and the new 5 minutes option would be the one closer, and after 15 minutes and so on. Options to change the file/folder icon in the Dropbox app
Hello, PLEASE please allow me to change the files icons to be relevant! I want easily to sort my files but with these blank blue file icons it’s makes organising files not enjoyable. I work with physical stuff, laser cutting, painting, hand crafts, CAD software, sculpting and a bunch of other things that are non computer based. Having icons or images that are relevant to me when scanning through files would not just speed up but give a sense of personalisation and organisation which helps my process when organising vastly different topics in the organisation stage. Thumbnails for files basically…… thanks!
Add .dropboxignore directory to exclude folders without using selective sync
Please please please can you add a feature that allows folders to be excluded from the Dropbox account (on windows and mac). For sure I'm not the first person to request this, but I'm yet to find a good explanation of why it's not there. A quick google search reveals loads of people also looking for the same feature. I really like the workflow I have with dropbox, but it's getting to the point where I might switch providers in order to allow better selective sync. I've seen hackish solutions using selective sync, but it would be great if this could be done in one of the following ways: - global pattern matching eg "node_modules" - a marker file in the directory like .dropboxignore - a simple right click context menu "Ignore this folder" Other than that, keep up the good work.
