Photo updates to USB from DropBox
Hi, Iâm an Emergency Services photographer, and I regularly provide USBâs filled with images of their station, trucks and personnel. Each time I receive a USB back to add new content, I have to manually delete the existing files from the USB to put the new Synced DropBox stuff onto it or manually select the rows of photos and Copy & Paste them onto the USB file. upload the updated versions, and then copy everything back onto the USB. It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature where I can simply select new content and press âUpload New Content to USB,â allowing the system to automatically update the drive with only the new additions. (I upload photos from my iPad onto the cloud then use the Dragging and Copy and Paste feature on laptop.) Iâd love for this idea to be considered! - Ty
Can you expand the character limit in title for Dropbox Transfer?
Dropbox Transfer only accepts 21 characters in the title (in the transfer widget not regular Dropbox sharing). It would be great if this can be expanded to more characters. Some companies that I send files to require specific words in the file names for versioning. ID, date, etc so file names become long.Simplifying File Transfers when using an iOS mobile.
Please enable multiple file selection or remember the last folder during the transfer file process. Currently in iOS mobile app I can only pick one file at a time and because it goes back to the root folder for each new selection I have to find my way back to the same folder over and over again when transferring multiple files. Thank you.
Approved Domains for Dropbox Transfer
We would love to have the feature of Approved Domains for Dropbox Transfer, just like you can for Shared Folders in Dropbox. This is a crucial feature for us to control who our employees can send transfer links to as part of our efforts to reduce data leak risk. We've had to turn off Dropbox Transfer for our users because they can easily send files to anybody, including their personal email addresses, without friction. Please consider adding this as a feature for Dropbox Enterprise users.
