How to redeem the HP promotion?
I purchased a brand new HP PC and received an offer of 100 GB of Dropbox space free for 1 year. I agreed to the Dropbox and HP offer terms, logged into my account, followed all prompts, and did NOT receive anything!!! Why have I not received my promo space, and when will the offer actually be honored? By the way, I have read the "How to redeem the HP and Dropbox promotion" article (https://help.dropbox.com/storage-space/hp-promotion), its FAQs and Terms, and can confirm that I am NOT ineligible for the promotional space.Why has my 100GB promotion from Acer not been activated?

I am creating a new discussion, since the original discussion which is under the same title with out the OEM DELL APP, and was not started by me, has been locked. Here is what has happened. Dell had an app which gave you 20 GB of space in your Dropbox account, when you bought a Dell computer. This app has stopped working for quite a while now. I believe that it is using either Internet Explorer, or an older browser version which can not be updated. This app was preinstalled on I believe eligible computer, but I am not sure since my computer was the first Dell computer I have seen, which had this app.
How can I redeem the 50% Discount for Dropbox Plus with Adobe Creative Cloud?
I have both an Adobe Creative Cloud and a Dropbox Plus subscription. I recently saw that I could be saving 50% on my Dropbox Plus sub. It has only recently renewed but as my work situation has changed I need to cut some costs while I seek new work. I want to keep my subscription but want to take advantage of this offer I'm entitled to. Could someone let me know if they've been able to do this? When I click Redeem Offer it says I already have a Dropbox Plus plan. I've been paying for Adobe for 30 years and Dropbox for 15 years. Unable to claim promotion on my new HP OMEN computer
I got a brand new OMEN PC for Christmas and at first, there was Dropbox promo available in task bar (Win 11), but after installing the app from website the promo disappeared. It was supposed to be 25 GB for 12 months. I tried clean install but the pinned promo never showed up.

I purchased a brand new HP laptop from Costco. It prompted me for a 100GB 12 month promotion. I clicked and logged into my account. Nothing changed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing changed. Our of frustration, I clean installed the windows with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
