How can I access my old account with my redeemed HP promotion on my new computer?
i had a promotion with my newly bought HP laptop, unfortunately i have lost all the access as my pc was wiped out including the recovery drive to install the official windows copy that was included. while i installed another copy of win 11, i don't have access anylonger to my dropbox and unfortunately i made a new account assuming it will connect me to my redeemed promotion. but it went to a completely different direction. is there anyway to get back my official windows copy + the promotion for dropbox?

Lenovo Promotion Issue
I have purchased a new Lenovo Laptop in September 2021. During the initial windows installation, i was prompted for 100 GB dropbox storage for 1 year. Now after installation i am trying to claim 100 gbs but the account is reflecting only 2 gbs. Btw, i have created a new account of dropbox as per the instructions. Any help will be appreciated. Wrong email account
Hi there! I received a promotional account (100gb free for 1 year), but I mistyped the email address (forgot 2 digits!) and am unable to update it from the app or on the web because the erroneous email address cannot be verified. Chat is also disabled until the erroneous email is verified (which it had better not be because it won't be me!). - this is totally my fault How can I correct the email address? Is there a human being who can remedy this if I call (can't find a customer service phone number anywhere on the website). Anyone knows how can I remedy this?! Thank you!

Quicken Coupon says "code already used"
Quicken offers a coupon for 5GB free Dropbox storage for Quicken subscribers. However, upon submitting the code, Dropbox says my code has already been used. This seems to be a common issue as there are many similar posts in the Dropbox Community, but without resolution. Some say they chatted with Dropbox Support, but I don't find a channel for contacting Dropbox directly. I could really use the additional 5GB of Dropbox storage. How can I resolve this?

Promise of 50 GB free forever was simply retracted?
Several years ago I purchased two Samsung Galaxy Camera. Samsung promised that for each camera, I was entitled to 50 GB free Dropbox storage forever. There was no deadline within which I needed to activate. So far I have only activated the promition from one of the two cameras. Have I been s---w-d on the other one? According to this post, Dropbox will not honor the free Dropbox offer, is that correct? What happened to the Dropbox Promotion of 50GB? | Samsung New Zealand Should I be blaming Samsung or Dropbox?
