Can't restore data from an old external device backup
When I look at DropBox with on the web, I can see that I have two external device backups named "Shared Data" and "Ventura ...". When I look at the backups using the app, I can only see one device backup With either of the backups, I can see no way of restoring them to a new machine. I do not have the original external device. With the "Ventura ..." backup I can see the files and download them as there are only a handful of them and then can be zipped. The "Shared Data" backup is 128GB with a considerable number of files and folders. It is therefore not feasible to navigate the complete structure, create the folder structure and then transfer the files in a folder and individual zips. Help is appreciated. Missing photo from shared folder after exporting it to my mobile device
Hi, I was trying to save a photo to my phone from a shared folder. However, when I pressed the 'Save to device' button and chose the album on my phone where I wanted the picture to be saved in, the picture vanished from the dropbox folder and it didn't load to my phone either. Can the picture be restored somehow and how can I avoid this in the future?
File not visible in Dropbox Home but links are still valid
I have a bit of a unique issue, there was a file on my Dropbox 6-7 years ago that I assumed I deleted (since it doesn't show up on home). However, old links generated to it still initiate a download, but the downloaded file is just an empty zero byte one. Does Dropbox still have a copy and the file stream is just being terminated, or is this just a bug? Is it at all possible to recover this file? I am certain that the link leads to a file I've uploaded since it returns a 404 for others, yet initiates a download when I visit it.

I have an Excel file in my dropbox folder that I reference on a daily basis from my work Windows desktop, my home Mac desktop, and my iPhone. I have been updating this file daily for the last few weeks. Today, when I open the file, Excel opens and shows me a much older version. Roughly 90% of my added data is not showing when I open the file. Oddly, the "Preview" of the file on my desktop explorer window properly shows the current version. Also, If I right-click on the file to view the "Previous Versions", the "Current Version" shows a preview with the proper information. Why can't I get the "current version" file to actually open, all of the sudden? Thanks in advance!
