Dropbox Sign previously allowed users to add an access code when sending documents directly through the website. This feature has recently been removed. I have been told by the support team that it is possible to include an access code by sending documents through HelloSign, but unfortunately this adds extra steps requiring users to reupload signed documents back to Dropbox. Restoring this feature would significantly improve workflow efficiency by ensuring that signed documents are automatically saved to Dropbox without additional steps.14Views0likes1CommentOption for Clients to "star" or "favorite" Images
The option for Clients to "star" or "favorite" Images in a shared folder would be insanely useful. It's surprising this still hasn't been added yet as a feature. Especially given the introduction of Replay for video feedback, and the fact that commenting already exists for photos and stars exist for internal favorites—all we need is the option for external clients to also "star" photos the way they can comment on photos. Currently, we have to use third-party programs to share photo proofs with clients just so they can select the images they want to purchase. Comments alone are too cumbersome when there's hundreds of images to go through. One tiny addition of a star would make Dropbox for photos unbeatable!389Views5likes2CommentsNo option to copy the link to a folder so I can share it

Hello, My professor says she has shared files with me that I need to review and take notes on. However, when I open my Dropbox, I can't find the files anywhere. Is there somewhere I'm not looking? I've checked shared, but those files that I've shared are empty. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!Solved22Views0likes5CommentsHow can share folders to a non-team member without adding them to my team?

It won't let me share content.
I have verified my email address multiple times and Dropbox will not let me share or copy a link and it keeps saying that I can't until my email address is verified. What can I do? I can't even chat with support because it says I have to verify my email address.848Views2likes30CommentsDownloading from a shared link from Patreon gives me an error screen
Hello, I am currently using the free version of Dropbox, and I would like to confirm if shared links to uploaded folders still do not have an expiration date by default. I understand that with the Dropbox Professional or Business plans, it is possible to set an expiration date for shared links. However, I would like to know if, on the free plan, my shared links will remain active indefinitely unless I manually delete or remove them. Thank you!15Views0likes2CommentsSuspended sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service
Hello, I've been having trouble sharing a file or folder for days I always get the message: Can’t share file We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement. I am not aware of any rule violations, no option from the link https://help.dropbox.com/share/banned-links applies to me. The Chatbot can't help, waiting 24 hours doesn't help either. i use this all day every day for work.2KViews0likes22CommentsDropbox Business - No Option to Share Link from Computer
I have now lost the option to right click on a file in Windows Explorer then select Dropbox> Copy Dropbox link. The only option now showing under the Dropbox submenu is "Send a copy (business)". I use the copy Dropbox link option multiple times a day and wondering if there is a way to get that option back. I saw a previous from October where the Accepted Solution was to uninstall and reinstall Dropbox. I have tried that twice and it did not fix the issue. Still only have "Send a copy (business)" as the only option and I can't "Copy Dropbox link" The version installed is 192.4.4605 - which is the same version on my other computer and I don't have this issue on that computer.1.2KViews1like9Comments
