Dropbox Access Tokens - How do they work?
I'm currently using Dropbox Access Tokens which expire pretty quickly. I'm wanting to know when I publish my app, which downloads files from Dropbox, how I get a fully working Access Token that won't expire within a few hours. Do I need a membership of some sort for this to happen? I can't be updating access tokens at all as I need to be running a business. Cheers
I can't buy the Replay add-on, even though I'm on the Essentials trial.
I am on ESSENTIALS 3TB plan trial which gonna end on 4 april. And i need buy dropbox replay add-on premium urgently to fasttrack review of videos in team. But when i click on BUY button in the popup to buy below: They land me here on this settings page every single time. And i dont see any option to buy here. Kindly help me on this.
How can I convert my Dropbox account from personal to Business Essentials?
I have a personal plus account. I started a small business and need the business essentials to use with a few clients. I don't see this option on the upgrade page. Is this possible? Thanks. I don't see any help or threads on this. I see articles about convert from personal to team member, but that's not my situation.
I'm concerned I might be charged after a free trial of the Dropbox Essentials plan
I am concerned with the status of my Dropbox account. I am on the basic plan after my free trial of the Dropbox essentials but I am concerned that I am going to be charge when I have the 199.99 in my bank.Even though I am on the basic plan and do not want to upgrade to any paying plan or be charged anything. Please could someone confirm that I wont be charged anything? As I do not want to Many thanks
I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund
I subscribed to Dropbox Essential annually last year, but I hardly used it. Thus, I wanted to unsubscribe, but It was billed this morning. I can't find a way to do it on Dropbox support pages. The credit card billed for the subscription does not belong to me but to my organization. Could anyone tell me how to cancel this billing and subscription and refund it as soon as possible?
