I am on ESSENTIALS 3TB plan trial which gonna end on 4 april. And i need buy dropbox replay add-on premium urgently to fasttrack review of videos in team. But when i click on BUY button in the popup to buy below: They land me here on this settings page every single time. And i dont see any option to buy here. While you can currently add an srt caption file to a Replay video by selecting CC > Manage Captions > Add Captions, it is a very time consuming process if you have a project with many videos (I am currently working on a project with over eighty videos): Caption files have to be added to each video one at a time; it'd be great if they could be batched (if all of the videos in a Replay project could be automatically linked to/associated with the caption files of the same file name in a Dropbox location). Only the person who added the video to the Replay project can add a caption file; it would be great if the Owner and anyone else with Edit permission on the Project could also add the caption files. Hey team! Please help! Introducing Dropbox Replay to my workplace, but need to figure out a kink before we can commit to payment. I use Premier Pro with Dropbox Replay. When I share videos to Replay, the export appears blown out. When exporting without Replay, I usually fix this problem by using the drop down menus to select "Match Sequence Preview Settings". I'm having trouble finding the same settings in Replay. Can someone please help me out? Worth noting that I while I am comfortable editing videos in general, when it comes to exporting I literally use "Match Sequence Preview Settings" every single time (plus edit the video knowing its desaturated compared to the eventual export) because I don't understand these settings at all. I'm using the Dropbox trial to see if I can switch from Onedrive and Frame.io to Dropbox and Replay. I did a few tests with a different account and I disabled "Show pencil when hovering over file" but people that view the video still have the pencil when trying to play the video. For me this a potential deal-breaker because I know clients will start drawing random stuff when they actually want to play the video and they will get annoyed. I've been using frame.io almost since it was launched and I think only 1 or 2 clients ever used the pencil to draw something. All of them just leave comments, don't know why the drawing is such front and center. Can we just have it disabled for everyone when selected? Also I have the Essentials trial and I see I can only use 10 videos in Replay with no option for password protection, that's really stingy. I need to get the addon to use more videos and have all the features. Doing a simple math, this comes out way more expensive than Onedrive + Frame. As a solo entrepreneur, it might not be worth it in the end. A colleague sent me a link to a Replay video but when I tried to view it I got an Unexpected error message. Replay has been slow lately. Uploads from Dropbox, so not uploading really are failing and buggy. Playback is slow and laggy. I get the fail screen a lot and have to reload. Hello all, I am avid and longtime Replay user. One of the ways I have leveraged Replay outside of standard video reviews, is to use it as a tool for generating briefs for creatives based on an existing video. Typically what I do, is find the video I wish to have a creative made from on our Dropbox, send it to Reply, rename the title to include [BRIEF] in it, and markup what needs to change in the video or what will be repurposed from the video, and send that to our motion artists to work off of. Well I have run into an issue today where we wanted to make 2 different creatives based off the same video. In the early days of Replay I would manually upload videos, so this was not really an issue before. These days, I have been leveraging the built-in functionality directly from Dropbox to create new Replays. So yesterday using: File > Open in > Dropbox Replay I made my Replay brief for the 1st creative to be made off this video. Today I tried using it again on the same original video: File > Open in > Dropbox Replay Instead of generating a new Replay, it sent me to the same Replay that was made yesterday from the video. So I tried using: Share > Send for review Same result, I get sent to the same Replay I made yesterday from this video. If this is not a bug, then I would like to request the ability to generate additional Replays from the same source file. Essentially the ability to generate a new copy. I need to be able private label DropBox Replay. I see that I can upload a logo on a gallery by gallery basis. However, I'd like to be able to brand my account similar to how I can do it with native DropBox.
