Hi, When we attempt to issue out documents for signature, we receive a triangle error message and documents are not being sent. Please see attached screenshot to see what message shows up. We have tried sending documents to multiple different email accounts but none are working. I use Dropbox Sign to sign agreements in sequence. The first recipient needs to upload an attachment as part of the process. When the document moves to the next signatory, they need to see that the first signatory has uploaded the correct document (a VOID check) and not a photo of say, their dog. The second signatory cannot see the attachment until AFTER they sign and the signature process is complete. Nor can any other signatory. Hi! I've used Dropbox Sign for quit a while. I draw up WORD documents. And signed them via Dropbox, through a browser window. WORD document got transformed into PDF for signing. The PDF were saved (in-process or completed or signed) in the same source folder. Now, I use WORD 16.9 with the HELLOSIGN add-on. Signing is easy and fast. However, the signed PDF documents don't get saved into the same source folder. I have to go and fetch them in a browser window or in emails. That's a waste of time for me. How can I set parameters so that all signed documents get saved into the same location, next to the original WORD documents? Heya, I want to create a document for logging that will track some logs of our employees and we would want all the signatures to be on one document. Basically, when someone gets checked we send the doc to them for signature. After they are done, we want to use the same one (with the first employee signature there) to employee 2 who can sign in when they have been checked too. Now, i know there is an option in dropbox to do something similar but for that you need to know all the details of the people who need to sign so the doc will be shared with them once person 1 has signed it. However, we cant use that as we mostly pass this document when someone new joins the company. Which means if person 1 signs, it might be a week or a month before person 2 needs to sign (as that is when they join us). Is there a way to do so? When i try to send the document for signatures after placing fields and saving the document, it does not show me "send for sigtnature" but "share". Dear community, here is my issue: Dropbox logs me out of the browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera) multiple time during one session. I need to log in to access my documents to request a signature. The "remember me" button is ticked. When I need to select the savefolder I appear to be logged out again, I try to log back in and end up in a never ending loop. I tried multiple browsers, VPN off and on, checked my settings, emptied my cache. When I am lucky it works after restarting the process multiple times. What can i do to solve this issue? Thank you. For the first time today, when I sent a reusable link to a client it prompts them to verify their email first. They have to enter their email, Dropbox Sign sends them an email, they have to go the email sent and click a link there to sign the document.
