I can't add a third signer when sending a request via the Signatures tab.
Hi, I have the same problem and have tried with a different browser and even incognito mode on my current one. When I try to enter a third signer/receiver of a PDF-file which I want to be signed - a message appears that only two signers is possible. I have done this hundreds of times and have never had the above problem. Thanks in advance.
Dropbox Sign - Text tags partially visible during signing.
Hey everyone, As the title suggests, I'm facing an issue where text tags are not removed when a document is sent for signing (when the user opens it for signing), even though the `hide_text_tags` flag is set to true. This problem started recently—it used to work fine before. I'm wondering what might have changed and if there's a way to fix this. P.S. I know the documentation suggests changing the font color to match the background instead of using `hide_text_tags`, but I have many documents to update, so I'm looking for a programmatic solution. Hello, I've been using this service for two plus years without issue and now I'm getting an error message when I try to submit a document for a client's signature. I've tried a separate wifi connection, incognito mode and a different browser. No idea why this is happening now. Please help.
Dropbox Sign issue: Signers linked to a Yahoo email not receiving signature?
Hi everyone, for the past 2 weeks dropbox is not sending emails to clients when requesting signature, this only happens with yahoo, ymail and rocketmail. I tried multiple email addresses different people, also being connected to different networks when sending signature request but nothing is received, any ideas suggestions?
Dropbox Sign missing Template Links option
I've seen someone else have the same issue as me and posted a question on the 23rd Jan. Since the Dropbox Sign templates have been moved app.hello.sign.com the function "create template link" is no longer available on Business accounts. Seems absolutely bonkers that this is the case and so can Dropbox please look to reintroduce this functionality - especially for business accounts where this kind of thing is required frequently.
