Feedback about support and complaint requests
As a paying customer I expect a level of service from customer support not the outright rudeness that I receive. Tickets are constantly closed when they don’t want to reply and theyrefuse point blank to raise any formal complaints that I request - assuming such a process exists at Dropbox - and refuse to honour any requests to escalate requests to anyone with any level of seniority.
Dropbox Family using Vault
I would very much like to have the ability to assign permissions to other family members to have complete control of folders and files in the vault. For example, I would like for my wife and I to share the ability to manage, create and edit Health and various Estate documents placed in the vault. I am the owner of the account and can list her as a Trusted member but she can only download the files via a ZIP.
