I downloaded my .wav files from Dropbox, but they don't always play on my device.
I have a Sound FX library that I keep on Dropbox. 200GB. When I downloaded them, half of them no longer work. A few things happen: They won't play in quicktime but they will play in Audition They will play in Audition sometimes or once, but if I try to reload them into Audition, they are corrupted. Sometimes if I download the files individually they will work. But this is not consistent. Dropbox removes the images from my Word document and throws a preview error.
I have a Word document, compressed to 13gb that contains over 100 images, when I upload the .docx into Dropbox it either removes all the images and just previews text or it gives me the error ".docx files are supported but something went wrong". Any would be appreciated.
Video transcript error message
I keep getting the error message "There was an error loading the transcript" for all my videos when trying to generate a transcript. The length doesn't matter, it happens with 1-minute videos and 30- or 60- minute videos. The format is mp4. All videos are played correctly in the preview. The audio is clear and in English. HELP!!! Starred Photos is not working on the DropBox web site and I really need help! I have literally YEARS of work in uploading all of my family's photos and STARRING the ones I want to use for Shutterfly or other projects. But this year, I see that I cannot get the STARRED photos to load for a YEAR (or even a MONTH) to download them accurately - the photos appear and then disappear from the website. My husband opened up the "Inspector view" and took screenshots that show that there are hundreds of 429 requests to /starred/get_status-- so it seems like the website is just broken. PLEASE HELP WE'VE SUBSCRIBED FOR YEARS! And I really need the starred photos from the past few years to make holiday gifts on Shutterfly!
Cannot open downloaded Zip due to "Unable to expand (file name).zip into Downloads (Error 2)
I am trying to download photos from my photographer's Dropbox account to my external hard drive. When I try to open the Zip (which shows size 7.53GB), I receive this error: "Unable to expand (file name).zip into Downloads (Error 2 - No such file or directory.)" I see that many other people have this issue. How can it be resolved?
