Hi all, I'm stuck between Apple customer support and the complete lack of customer support at Dropbox. I've had a Dropbox Basic account for years and needed to upgrade to Professional (monthly) to get additional features. I did this upgrade through the Apple App Store as I can not do it through Dropbox.com since I first set up the Basic account through the iOS app. However after several days of trying (and repeatedly trying the 'Restore purchases' feature in the Dropbox app account settings) I still am stuck with the Dropbox Basic subscription in my account. I've reached out to Apple for help several times but they are only able to cancel the subscription and refund the money. Do I have any other options other than delete the account and start again with a new account through Dropbox.com? (if this is the only option I will be deleting the account and leaving dropbox for good...) Really appreciate if anyone can help. Iâm having issues upgrading my account I havenât renewed it for a few months now but everytime I try to pay for it, it says âIt looks like you're paying for another Dropbox account with this Apple ID. You're unable to upgrade in the app at this time, but visit dropbox.com/ support for more help.â which isnât true since the only Dropbox account I have linked to my Apple ID is the one that needed renewing. Hello, Iâm desperate because I got an email from Dropbox informing me that my account was downgraded because they âreceived notice from Apple that they were unable to process payment for your planâ. However, Apple subscriptions shows the subscription active until May 2025 - and charged for. I have now limited support options as the account is considered âBasicâ, even if I payed for the upgrade via Apple⊠Any suggestions? Hello, how can I subscribe to the Professional Plan on the Dropbox app for iPhone? I can't find any option. There are only these three choices: Plus, Essentials, and Family. Additionally, it seems that I can only select monthly billing, not annual. Do I need to first use the free 1-month trial subscription and wait until I can pay annually?
