Hello, I've had my account for years (more than 10) with 10GB after all the tasks and referrals, but now my account is showing as only 2GB. I still have this account synced with local service that shows 10gb. What is going on? I checked the referral page and none of my referrals show either.How can I resend referral links to people?
Hello, Some years ago, I invited a bunch of people to install Dropbox with a view to earning extra storage space. Some did but many did not. Of these, I want to re-invite some who may now install Dropbox. But I'm unable to send a new invite - 'XXXX has already been invited'. How can I send such persons another invitation if they have not yet installed Dropbox?
Lost 6.25GB (of 15GB) from my quota when compared to yesterday's total
I have been a BASIC Dropbox user for years (Maybe 10?). I had accumulated 15GB via new users I had recommended as well as other bonus storage - all in addition to the initial 2GB and more. Yesterday I cleaned up (deleted) several GB to reduce usage 1.1GB in order to upload about 12GB. Today I logged into Dropbox to finish my project and noticed I now have ONLY 8.75GB of the 15GB of yesterday. ... What am I missing here - other than the storage space? ;-) Help, please. ... thanks a million (rather, thanks 6.25 Gigs)
I can't find my settings in order to send a referral to a friend
I have the basic plan, so can't run this issue by support. I want to refer a friend for more storage space.I'm pretty sure I do not have a "team" account, which I understand makes one ineligible to refer a friend and get additional storage. When I go to my avatar, there are no "settings" in the menu and thus no option to "refer a friend." Rather, I get "preferences" in leiu of "settings" and no ability to refer a friend. I think I've clicked everywhere to see if there is a work-around, but I can't find anything, and again can't ask dropbox support. Ideas? Thanks.
