Why can't I log in? I enter all my information and all I get is a full screen pitch to buy more space. There's no way to opt out, There's no Delete button. There's nothing but a full screen sales pitch, with no way to get out of it, and get to the app... WTF??? I seem to have an issue with my account. On my Windows 10 PC, I am logged in with an e-mail address connected to my Microsoft account on the PC itself. On this account, I am a paid subscriber and I have access to my files from within the Explorer/Files application in Windows. When I log in on my phone or another PC, I am greeted with options to pay for a subscription and I don't have access to the same files. I am logged in with the same e-mail. It would seem as if my e-mail has two accounts with the same username. What I tried to do then was to change the Microsoft account's primary E-mail, but the issue persisted. Now it seems that this e-mail as well has two accounts with the same username. So to summarize, I am a paying subscriber with an amount of storage. When I login with the same e-mail from any other device than my main PC, I am not able to reach my storage. What is a bit aggravating is that I can't contact Dropbox because on the account itself I am not a paid subscriber and thus it isn't available to me to ask for help. So I have to reach out here on a forum. This is incredibly bad service from the Dropbox team and I would like to be contacted regarding this. I do however have understanding that I have some unfortunate bug that also prevents me from using my services correctly.796Views0likes3Comments
