Downloading Dropbox app

I am attempting to download the app onto my colleagues computer.   

The message I receive is Can't sync Drop box Account

Your account cant be updated to leave the shared workspace.  Some files are being used by other applications. 

.ACDSeeCommanderPro12.exec

To sync your files close these applications and try again.

Files or folder in use:

C:\USERS\EVO\Dropbox\7 OPERATIONS(Jobs)\Signs (Folder)

I cannot find where this folder is open to close it.

Can you help me how to search for this to enable me to close it please.

Hi @HilaryJ, thanks for messaging the Community!

It seems like the Dropbox desktop application can't update the Dropbox folder since something is in use.

Is it possible that the user has ACDSee running, which is preventing the folder from changing?

Could they try to quit any open apps and let me know how it goes?
