I have a new PC. It gave me the option to move files and desktop to new PC using dropbox.com/move
It wasn't clear quite how it worked and now it is saying that the account is different from before (but isn't) and switch account does nothing.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both PCs but am running into the same issue that it says the accounts are not the same.
Any suggestions?
