Ubuntu 18.04. Nautilus-dropbox 2019-02-14

I need some real help.  The error message looks like this:

"Your computer is currently offline. Please check your network settings."

 

1. Tried completely reinstall dropbox, not working at all. So don't suggest me doing this.

2. No proxy, No firewall.

3. Neither nautilus-dropbox nor dropbox-cli works.

Hi there, just to clarify, when you uninstalled Dropbox, are you referring to the advanced reinstall of the app?
 
Are you able to access the Dropbox site itself from your browser? Do any other devices have this issue as well on your current network? Is it possible to connect to a different network to see if this is related?

Yes. I referred that "advanced reinstall of the app" thread. Not working.

Dropbox in chrome works fine. I only have one network interface and connecting to the same LAN.

Do you have any other desktop devices that connect to the same network? 
 
Are they experiencing the same issue on their desktop installations of Dropbox? Likewise, is the same issue occurring on any mobile devices on the network using the mobile app?

The LAN is offered by a public facility in the research institution.  And within the same subnetwork, my colleagues are able to connect to Dropbox on both web-based and desktop client. I used the same port and connect to my MacBook, it also works fine.

I have a more specific question. How can I decode log files from Dropbox client?
