Hello DropBox community,
For the SmartSync option, is the only place it's available is within the dropbox app itself? I don't see it within the MacOs finders anywhere as a right-click option. It would be nice to get this integrated much like OneDrive has it where there is an icon next to the files and folders that shows you whether its in the cloud or currently local. Or at least within the regular finder an option via right-click. Am I missing something?

Do you have Finder Integration enabled?

Hello,
No issues with sync status. Everything is up to date as far as syncing.
As far as the version, it's v125.3.3450
Please let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks for writing back with more info, Matt!
It seems you're using the Beta version of our desktop app. This could be the reason you don't see the options.
Go into your account settings on the Dropbox website and turn Early releases off. After that, install one of the stable builds of the Dropbox application.
Do you see any difference after that @fury88?

I'm now running v124.4.4912 but there is no difference. 😞 I think I actually turned on beta a couple of months ago to see if I could solve this problem but it didn't make a difference. It's off again. I tried completely removing dropbox, rebooting, re-installing, but no luck. I feel like there is an interfering kernel extension or something?

Hm, I see @fury88.
What subscription do you use?

Hi @Megan
My subscription is currently Dropbox Plus. There are plenty of references to Smart Sync within Dropbox but I do NOT currently have a smart sync checkbox within my app. It's enabled in my account and I can use the dropbox folder app to smartsync just not built into the finder.
