Hello!

I am experiencing the same issue as described above, but so far have been unable to solve it.

On the app preferences pane both accounts are listed, but the app UI doesn't show the lower corner account selector , so I'm unable to use the personal account.

The link you provided directs to a download page.

Can you help?

Hi there @Fabio10 - I'm sorry to hear that. 

Can you first send me a screenshot of the app's exact status as shown within your computer's menu bar/system tray and one of what you described so that I can investigate?

Hey @Fabio10, thanks for the screenshot!

Just to double check, when you open the link Walter mentioned before (here), were you signed in online with your Business account?

If so, can you switch to your personal account online and try opening the link again?
