Where are the passwords stored?

Dear All,

Where are the passwords stored in the Dropbox-Password service? I mean is it stored in the dropbox account (on dropbox servers) - the same as other files? Or inside the browser add-on like localy on the PC inside browser files? Please can you explain more about this password function?

Hello @Michał, the passwords are encrypted and stored in Dropbox servers. Dropbox says the encryption is zero-knowledge, meaning only you can decrypt them.
