I keep on getting this message whenever I try to access the folders desktop, downloads, documents. How do we fix this ???

Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?

Also, what is the desktop app's version and status as shown in your menu bar/system tray?

Can you access those folders normally from your backups page?

Hello, you can add the right with the terminal on macOS :

My folder Desktop can be found in ~/Dropbox/Mac/Desktop

To add the rights :
$ cd ~/Dropbox/Mac

$ chmod +x Desktop
