I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it won't even recognize my login/password.
Hey there @Michael Sand, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Have you made sure that you're not using more than 3 devices on your Basic account as there's a limit you might be hitting?
You can check and remove your account's devices if needed from your Security page.
If that's not the case, please send us a screenshot of the error or the last screen you can get so that we can have a visual too.

Hello Walther.
I did as you suggested. But even though I reduced the number of devices, it still won't work. This time I didn't even get as far as the actual installation! I can log on to the homepage.

Could you try the offline installer from this page and let me know how it goes?
If you happen to have an antivirus program running, you could try disabling it temporarily.
