Blue circle, but says I'm synced

Blue circle, but says I'm synced

There's a blue syncing circle showing next to my Dropbox folder, but the dropdown menu says I'm synced, and all the folders inside the Dropbox folder have a green check mark. Why is it showing a blue syncing circle and also telling me that I'm fully synced? It's been several hours. This doesn't make sense....

Hi @besser26, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you try quitting the Dropbox desktop application, rebooting your machine, and then starting it up again to see if this resolves the issue?

Keep me updated with any progress!

Hi. Thanks for the reply! I deleted all DB from my computer, restarted, reinstalled DB, and it seems to be working correctly right now. Can you tell me why that kind of thing happens in the first place?

Hi @besser26, sorry to jump in here!

It seems there might have been a momentary hiccup or slow update to what the syncing status is, and what the app shows.

A restart should do the trick, but if you notice the same behavior in the future, let me know.
