Connection Timed Out

Hi,

I just bought with my new samsung phone an app that access my Dropbox files.  However, after clicking the "allow" button, it won't do anything else, and after a while it will show a message something like the connection has timed out.  No problem doing this for the same app in my old Iphone, even with my tab and mac.  Not really techinical about this things but hoping you can help me.

Where exactly are you getting this error message, is it on the Dropbox app or on the third party app you're using?

A screenshot would also be really helpful.
