How can I send 14 GB?

I have a 2 GB dropbox account, and a client shared me a  folder to send 14 GB but I can't send it, is it necessary to upgrade?

Hi @Luis Chiang, thanks for posting on the Community!

If you have a Basic account, then you won't have enough quota to add 14 GB of files to a shared folder.

However, they can create a file request for you to upload files to their account directly, without it affecting your own account.

If you need any more details, feel free to message back!
