How can I set a start date to upload files on my iPhone?

Hey @ragingDROP, thanks for posting here.
To clarify before we start, are your files being automatically added to Dropbox via camera uploads?
If yes, then you can go to your camera uploads settings, and set the feature to upload only new files (this will apply from the current date onward, it's not possible to add a different start date).
