Missing sync icons on Windows

Missing sync icons on Windows

Dragon Weenie

Aafter years of using Dropbox, my Dropbox doesn't work on my Windows computer.  There are no green or blue circles on any of my files. Only blank circles on my husband's which is supposed to sync with mine.  I can access my files by logging into Dropbox.com only.  I don't understand most of the articles and need someone to talk to.

Hi there @Dragon Weenie  - sorry to hear about your syncing issue.

Could you please clarify your device's exact OS version and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your system tray?

This will help us assist further.
