Good morning. I'm using Dropbox for Android version 242.2.2. For about the past month, I've been getting this message on my photo uploads: "Waiting for Wi-Fi." Uploads work just fine over cellular data, but I don't want to use cellular data. My Wi-Fi works just fine otherwise. Other apps (OneDrive) that automatically upload my photos over Wi-Fi work just fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Any other ideas?

Yeah, I've tried on probably a dozen different Wi-Fi networks. Same issue. Again, other apps work fine on all of these Wi-Fi networks, including ones that upload photos in the background.

Thanks. I have a paid Dropbox Plus account. I uninstalled, restated, and reinstalled. Same problem. "Waiting for WiFi." Wifi is connected and working fine with literally every other app on my phone.

@RamblinHawk Did you ever make progress here? One thing to try would be to follow the instructions at https://support.google.com/android/answer/9654714?hl=en#zippy=%2Ccontrol-data-use-with-metered-wi-fi to "Control data use with metered Wi-Fi" and mark your Wi-Fi network as "Treat as unmetered" and see if that changes anything. When you experience this issue are you using a VPN, accessing the Wi-Fi via tethering to another device, or anything like that?
