Shared folder: Folders/files in desktop online are missing on desktop

Shared folder: Folders/files in desktop online are missing on desktop

Hi everyone

I use Dropbox for Windows. I created a shared Dropbox folder containing some files and subfolders. On my desktop, there are now subfolders missing that are clearly visible online. I don't have selective sync applied to any of my folders. My DropBox account is not showing any sync issues either.

Help docs here do not describe my issue:

https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/folder-not-working

Any ideas?

Thanks

Do any of the folders have characters in their name that would be incompatible on a Windows system?
