Hi,
Using Dropbox for Business we've noticed that the shared link history that's at https://www.dropbox.com/share/links is no longer updating with new shared links.
I appreciate any input on this one if only to confirm that it's been deprecated or something has changed that I can re-enable.
Cheers,
Thanks for the extra info, Jim!
In general, when creating a shared link, you shouldn’t have to insert your email address to generate it.
Can you please follow the same steps as before, and instead of inserting your email address, click on the “Create and copy link” button directly this time? Are you still unable to see your shared link at this page after that?

Welcome aboard the Community, @Jimathy!
Can you clarify what steps you're following exactly to generate a shared link on your Dropbox account and what platform you’re using (mobile app/website/desktop app)?
I’d like to gather more info to isolate this further.
Keep me in the loop.

Hi Nancy,
I used Google Chrome to test, bringing up my file list and clicking the three dots on the right of the file and choosing 'share' >> 'share with dropbox' then using my personal dropbox email address.
Both originally reported and testing accounts are using Dropbox for Business.
Cheers,
Jim

Thanks, Nancy,
I can confirm if the create and copy link button exists; the link does appear in the history.
Cheers,
Jim
That’s great, Jim! It seems like you were previously creating a shared folder instead, which is why the link wouldn’t show.
If you need something else, I’ll be right here!
