First time I got my links banned for too much traffic used in 2015. First time the ban was about for 24 hours.

Yesterday I got banned again, for having too large video file shared. This time 24 hours passed and I still cannot create any link for any file I have (that video I had is already deleted).

For how long I will remain banned this time?

Usually, it is banned for 24 to 72 hours.  But it will be longer after each occurrence.

I was trying to upload folders to my account and share ot with other user. But everytime, I try to create a shared link, I am getting this permissions error. Please help me out on this. I am unable to contact support via email.

when i try to create a share link then its says this message

(You don’t have permission to create a link to this folder)

It sounds like your ability to share may have been banned. You'll need to contact Support.
