Hello folks, i need help,

 

i have a HP Envy laptop with windows 11.

if i make a screenshot it will not go to screenshots in dropbox, who can help me?

i searched all

i can.

i finally fixed it!

 

the screenshots were going to onedrive.

 

and i had a bios update today.

 

screens now in dropbox! me happy

Have you enabled the screenshot option in the Dropbox desktop application?

re installed dropbox, in backup i clicked screenshots but it still not working.

Did you reboot your computer at all in between @Eddy68

 

Also, can you check for any pending updates on your computer's OS?
