Hi there ,
our company recently switched to business Dropbox. Not sure if that is the issue but ever since , some of us are having syncing problem , my Dropbox constantly shows 10,600 file syncing with no change.
I tried many things ,eventually found if I right click on them one by one and click on "sync now" works for some but not for PPT and Word formats.
I have tried the "fix hardlink" and "fix permission"
when I check on the syncing issues, there is a folder causing issue, seems syncing has stuck there , my boss the owner have moved it before uncaring it . It appears on my finder( I use Mac) and Dropbox app but it is not in my Dropbox.com account.
Unfortunately the folder is locked, she tried to unlock it , didn't work. I tried to share it with the owner , didn't work either. I re-installed my app , still no luck.
Is there any chance this is causing syncing issues? and any comment on fixing it please.
At the moment I have to upload all of my work every day manually in the Dropbox online , because finder is not syncing online.

yes I did all of everything in the article.
can't do much about the name of the file as I am not the owner and the file is locked I can't change the name however this file has been there forever before being removed and we move to Dropbox business and I never had an issue with syncing .
