How can I get it back please. Support has been no help

It is not possible to restore a deleted vault. Sorry.

I am devastated. Is the vault backed up at all ??

Hi @Crazyplantlady666, the Dropbox Vault isn't backed up in the same manner as other features, so if the Vault is deleted, this means that the files are permanently deleted.

 

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.

I can NOT believe there is no way to recover it?  NO are you sure?  are you really sure?  are you really really sure?  HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN IT CAN'T BE RECOVERED AND THE DATA IS GONE FOREVER. Wort feature EVER !

Hi there, 

 

Did you assign a trusted contact with your Dropbox Vault? If so, your trusted contact may still have a copy of your files when he/she downloaded the files on his/her end.
