Good afternoon, I would like you to help me with a problem I have. I have some folders in my Dropbox account named "Assorted content" and "Live Workshop at Viv's Studio 2023", and the material from these folders simply disappeared. I would appreciate it if you could please assist me in resolving this, as we never tampered with that content on our end, and it's necessary for the functioning of our community.
Hi there @VM Education - sorry to hear about your missing files.
Could you have a look at your deleted files page and the evens page and let me know if you're able to see the files and restore them from there?

Do you see any signs of the missing files in your events page @VM Education?
When is the last time you remember seeing them on the website?

Hello, good morning. The last time we checked the files was last Friday. That's why we find it strange that they're suddenly not there. Can you help me resolve this?
Hey @VM Education, did you edit these folders at all, or add any files in them?
And provided that you did that, did you use our website, or the desktop app?
I'm asking, because I want to understand if the changes you made synced online in the first place. One more thing: are these folders shared ones, by any chance?

The folders are not shared, nor have they been edited.
Do they show at all on Events @VM Education ?

Good morning. No! My issue still persists. The files from the folder are nowhere to be found in my Dropbox account and have never been touched. They are not shared either. Could you please check the problem from within your platform?
