Restore deleted files

Hello,

I've just discovered that I accidentely deleted all my uploaded photos in the beginning of October. 😞 Is there any possibility to restore them? I can recover the photos that I've deleted the past 30 days, but is it possible to do the same with the other ones?

I'm afraid it isnt @NinaDP . Unless you had, at the time of deletion, a paid plan in place with extended recovery on those files are now unrecoverable.

How do I know if I have that "warranty"  I know I pay $720.00 per year.  Can anyone advise me?

If you pay you can restore for longer - usually 180 days. 

You can then use https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/restore-delete to get them back OR via support at www.dropbox.com/support

If they were deleted outside of your recovery period, then there's no way to recover them.
