Use the Rewind function to get my files back

Hi all, 


Hope you can help me out: i have deleted all the files from dropbox (major error on my side) and I am trying to undo the damage. The Rewind function is available in my account. But when I try to use it, it says ' there was an internal dropbox error'. Is this a common message and can somebody please reassure me that this is only a temporary message? Is there anything I can do? 


There are to many files that have been deleted to do it manual file by file.

I suggest that you contact our Support team since you're using one of our paid plans. 

They'll be able to have a more account-specific look into this.
