problem with the name of a shared file

Hi...

i have some problem with one shered file.

 i use to shered one file named (marco) with one person, now i deleted the first person and shered the same file with a new person. the problem is that eaven if i change the name of the file (Marco) the new person still see the shared file with the old name, how it's possible?
