Does the same thing happen when you try from a different browser, after adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email's contact list?

I am trying to update my email address on the account and it is asking me to verify the email address. But when I click on "verify my email" in the email that I received from dropbox, the internet browser says "can't reach the page." How do I verify the email address when the link is not working. I have tried to open the link on Chrome and Edge.
I am having the same issue as mentioned by everyone else in this thread. Can you please reach out to me as well so I can get it resolved?

I try to verify my email but no emails are receiving from dropbox. We have an antispam server, but I've already looked into logs and there is not contact from Dropbox server neither email rejecting to dropbox.

Hi,
I'm trying to update my email address.
No verification email received.
I have already checked spam and resent the verification email.
I used in the past this new email address on another account, so maybe this is the problem.
I already deleted the past account with this new email. So this email is now free.
I need to change the email address asap, need some help.
I think there is a bug in the system that is preventing the email from going to this particular address, most likely because it has been used on a separate account in the past.
Please escalate.
