I paid for Dropbox professional after the 30d trail, however, my space still has the 2 gb from the basic plan and even my account results in a basic account, but my transiction exists in the billing page. (As you can see in the image above), What should i do?
Hey @Star Consulting, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you see both an invoice for the payment and a receipt? Or just the invoice?
If it's just the invoice and no receipt, the payment probably never went through.
Are you seeing a settled Dropbox charge in your bank statement?
Keep me posted and we'll go from there!
