Keeps crashing on install with new computer using Windows 10. Event logs shows cert errors with Dropbox service.

Your link sent me to the business account page and not the advanced re-install instructions. I used https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/desktop/advanced-reinstall to run the re-install. Still not syncing and Dropbox is crashing. Also noticed the following error in the event log.dropbox error 2.PNG

As stated above I ran the advanced reinstall with the same results.
