Free account can't share/access files with Business Advanced account

Free account can't share/access files with Business Advanced account

I'm a professional photographer with a free account and having a hard time accessing and sharing files from my agent's professional/advanced account. If I upload something to her folders, it says I don't have enough space and I need to upgrade my plan. I don't want to upgrade my plan (I have years of all my work in other systems). I just want to be able to access her folders. It was suggested that I delete my free account and  just use links to her folders, but that doesn't work either. We share big files that we both need to access often. Thanks

There is no way around this - if you need read/write access to a shared folder you need to have the space in your account. Therefore you need to upgrade OR become a paid member within her licenced business account.

Shared links will allow you to download the files via read only links without being able to share to her: https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/view-only-access

You could also then upload via requests if she allowed it: https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/create-file-request
