you can’t open the application “HOT2000 v11.5b8 Setup.exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS.

Did you have a question about the above error messages?

I'll help point out the problem here using my experience with this error msg: I buy Product from Company. Company says I need to download drivers and sends me to dropbox. I click on file folder that supposedly contains the driver. I get this error message about ".exe files cannot be previewed." No drivers - it is just stuck there.

Tried everything I can think of and can't get past this error message. (I have Win 10 Home Ver 18xx.) No drivers. Product sits unused. Mad at Company.

Does anyone know how to get past this error message? Is the problem on my end? Dropbox's end? Company's end?

Please help me.
