I had a PAID Business Account that I can no longer access. It's like it has been deleted. When I attempt to log in, Dropbox acts like I'm trying to open a new account with that email. My personal account works, but a while back Dropbox arbitrarily unlinked the two when some changes pushed through. I need access to my files! HELP!
If its setting up a new account the other one doesn't exist - Dropbox only deletes accounts for breaches of terms of service and if that was the case it would say so as you tried to log on.
Who was the business admin on the account? Have you spoke to them? They are able to delete user accounts

Hey @aliciadauber, sorry to hear about this.
When was the last time you accessed the Business account?
Were you the only admin on the team?

Hi Hannah - 2 days prior at most. and yes, I am sole administrator
PS I have always had a great experience with Dropbox until this happened - but this is making me reconsider my relationship with DB. I dont have time for this from a service I pay for.
Hey @aliciadauber, sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify if you were on an individual Dropbox subscription or a team one?
Do you happen to have more than one Dropbox accounts?
