저는 오랫동안 개인적인 용도로 Dropbox를 사용해 왔습니다.
스토리지 용량을 업그레이드하는 과정에서 실수로 비즈니스 계정으로 전환했습니다.
그러다가 다시 개인 계정으로 되돌리는 과정에서 내 계정이 완전히 사라졌습니다.
내 작업과 관련된 모든 것이 그 계정에 백업되어 있어서 복구가 절실합니다.
하지만 계정이 삭제되어 로그인하거나 내 작업에 액세스할 수 없습니다.
내 계정이 삭제되는 것을 원하지 않았습니다. 비즈니스 계정을 개인 계정으로 되돌리고 싶었는데,
하지만 이제 모든 것이 사라졌습니다. 이 문제를 해결한 사람이 있나요? 그리고 얼마나 걸렸나요?

Is it certain that if a deleted account is recovered, the files inside it can be revived? Are there any such cases?
This would be a case by case scenario, so I can't really give you a concrete answer on this @simshow
That said, I'd suggest reaching back to the expert who's handling your ticket for any further questions you might have as they'd be better equipped to address your concern.
